PRINCE GEORGE — The United Conservative Party has won a majority government in Alberta following Tuesday’s election. After threats from the now premier-elect Jason Kenney to turn off the taps to BC, what does this result mean for our province?

Premier John Horgan says he will take care of BC while Kenney will worry about Alberta.

Horgan does note, though, that he believes they can move forward effectively despite a difference in opinions. He hopes to have a meeting with Kenney in the short term, ahead of a First Ministers meeting in Saskatchewan in July.
