Experience at U18s can “do a lot” for Cougars’ confidence

So both Prince George Cougars at the U18s were dressed for that game, Matej Toman for the Czechs and Taylor Gauthier for Team Canada, though he did not start. Now that the preliminary round is over, let’s take a look at how each Cougar has done so far. We’ll start with Taylor Gauthier. He won both of his starts while giving up a total of 7 goals. He’s also stopped 63 of 70 shots against, good for a .900 save percentage. As for Toman, he’s notched one goal in four games, that coming against the Finns.
