Early morning motorhome fire at Moccasin Flats

PRINCE GEORGE — Crews from three halls responded to an outbuilding fire at the Moccasin Flats encampment on Lower Patricia Boulevard.
At approximately 3:30am, three apparatus from two halls responded to the encampment and found a 12 metre Class A motorhome on fire. The fire had extended into a neighbouring trailer and portable toilets.
Fire crews quickly extinguished the fire and damages are estimated to be $8000.
No injuries were sustained to any occupants or fire personnel.
