It was called an historic day for the College of New Caledonia and the Lheidli T’enneh First Nation.
After a ceremony out front of the College, a special flag was added to the three already there.
Lheidli T’enneh Chief Dominic Frederick says, in the past dozen years or so, there has been a strong relationship-building between the different levels of government.
