PRINCE GEORGE – Flair Air is coming to the Prince George Airport, offering discount airfares to air-travellers.  This summer, the Kelowna based airline says it will more than double its current schedule of 90 weekly flights.

It’s expanded schedule includes direct flights from Prince George to Edmonton and Vancouver.  Introductory fares to Edmonton and Vancouver start at $79 each way and include all taxes and fees.  “We are thrilled to add this service to and from Prince George, ” said Jim Scott, the CEO of Flair Airlines.  “This is a new market for Flair and we are excited to operate it and look forward to being a part of the community.”

Flair will offer two direct flights to Vancouver each week on Saturdays and Thursdays.  Returns flights will be Sundays and Wednesdays.  Direct flights to Edmonton are scheduled for Sundays and Thursday with return flights Saturdays and Wednesdays.  The schedule will offer connections to Abbotsford, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Toronto and Hamilton.  “This schedule is a clear indication that the demand for low-fare flying is strong, and we are proud to be the airline that initiated and sparked this movement across the country,” Jim Scott

Flair begins it’s expanded service June 15th, operating 208 flights per week across the country.
