Nearly 90 trees were planted on one of the busiest boulevards in the city. With some funding from BC Hydro, the City of Prince George Parks Department has planted 87 young trees in the median on Ospika Boulevard between Ferry and Massey. These trees include a fruitless crabapple, lilacs, maples. The city will continue to work on planting trees as it helps beautify and diversify the forests within and around the city.
