The City Approved Major Housing Project

It’s been a land-use goal for a decade, and now City Council has eliminated the final hurdle to starting that long-term plan, by approving the re-zoning application on the University Heights Neighbourhood Plan. It is one of the fastest growing neighbourhoods in the city and the University Heights plans could mean some big changes.
