Dog Found Dead In Early Sunday Morning Shooting
Prince George RCMP say a dog is dead and one man was injured after an early morning shooting Sunday morning.
Police were dispatched out around 3:00 a.m after receiving multiple reports of shots fired in the 2000 block of Tamarack Street.
Upon arrival, Mounties found a deceased dog on the driveway and evidence of shots fired inside and outside of the residence.
Individuals inside the home appeared to be uncooperative and unharmed.
Over an hour later, police were called to Cuddie Crescent where one man was located with injuries consistent of being shot.
Police have determined the two shootings are linked and that it was a targeted attack as a result of a personal disagreement.
RCMP have ruled out drugs as a factor.
Mounties continue to investigate and have no leads on any possible suspects.
