Witnesses Sought In Fiery Crash

A vehicle found ablaze in a ditch at the intersection of Highway 97 and Birchwood Drive last month, is the subject of a police investigation. It happened around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19.

RCMP were called to the scene and found a 2001 Chevrolet Corvette on fire. The driver managed to escape injury.

Police believe the Corvette was heading southbound when it crashed into a median before rolling into a ditch and catching fire.
