Home Invasion Sends Man to Hospital

A violent home invasion and robbery took place on Saturday. It happened on the block of 2200 Spruce Street.
Two to four males made their way aggressively into a Prince George home, demanding money and jewelry. The homeowner was stabbed and struck by a blunt object.
The suspects fled the scene emptyhanded before authorities arrived. The victim was sent to hospital for treatment. He has said to have non-threatening injuries.
The suspects were all wearing dark clothing. There was at least one to be Caucasian and one of First Nations. So far, none of the suspects have been located. Local police are still investigating.
