Festival Of Trees Kicks Off

The 24th annual Festival of Trees is kicking off with a fashion show. For the next ten days, the civic centre will be aglow with holiday magic, and as Catherine Hansen reports, the event couldn’t be possible without the hundreds of volunteers.
