Junior Timberwolves Host Elementary School Basketball Tournament

Kids from eight different elementary schools got to take part in a special event on their pro-d day today. It was the first annual “Junior Timberwolves School District 57 Hoops Classic”, which took place at Duchess Park secondary school. The focus of the event was to give underpriviledged kids a chance to get involved in basketball. This was the first time the junior Timberwolves program has partnered up with the school district for a basketball tournament.
