Midway Point For Northern BioBank Project

Dec 22, 2017 | 2:27 PM

It’s the midway point of an ambitious endeavour project conducted by Dr. Nadine Caron.

Phase Two of the Northern BioBank project was launched in April of last year. The idea is to create a collection of individual biological samples, such as blood and tissue.  Phase two is specific to the North and makes it easier for local patients to participate in research specific to three different kinds of cancers. The samples are one of the tools used to aid in the research.
