Cold Weather Is Good News For Some

Our cold weather is making it hard on vehicles in the area.  And while nobody likes the cold, it is good news for those who make a living in the taxi industry and the towing industry. 

Not surprisingly, Yellow Cabs is reporting a higher than normal call volume right now, as people seek alternative methods of transportation. Those who may normally walk and those who can’t start their cars are making up the bulk of the calls. 

Five Star Towing reports a jump in the number of people calling looking for a boost to start their cars.
