Don’t Feed The Neighbourhood Fox

Feeding birds and squirrels in your own backyard is usually harmless. According to the Conservation Officers Service feeding foxes can put yourself, neighbours and the animals at risk.

When the wild animal is fed, it’s known to prey on small domestic animals. Foxes can also become aggressive when defending their young. It’s best to leave the fox and watch it from a distance.
