PRINCE GEORGE – Local mounties are hoping someone can help identify the suspect responsible for attacking a cash machine at a local bank on the 3100 block of Massey Drive in the early morning hours of December 7th. The drive-thru bank machine was severely damaged, but no money was taken. Surveillance images show the suspect with a hammer, trying to gain access to the machine.

The suspect is described as:

Male

Approximately 45 to 55 years old

Heavier set

Mustache and goatee

Likely right handed

At the time of the offense, the suspect was wearing a black button shirt, jean jacket, and faded red baseball cap. The suspect appears to have been driving a small, white, two-door car similar to an old Chevrolet Sprint, Pontiac Firefly or Geo Metro.  The driver’s side rear window appears to be fastened to the vehicle with duct tape. Call Prince George RCMP or Crime Stoppers if you have any information leading to the arrest of this suspect.
