Sixth Avenue Closure

PRINCE GEORGE — Could there be another new hotel coming to the downtown? 
Council has passed the first two readings of a bylaw that would close a portion of Sixth Avenue between Dominion and Quebec Street.
The closure would allow the city to amalgamate that street with a current City-owned property adjacent to the street.
That, in turn, will facilitate the sale of the land to Mundi Hotel Enterprises.
