Masich Place On Council Agenda

PRINCE GEORGE – Tonight’s the night, a report will be presented to council that has stirred up controversy due to the proposed time availability of Masich Place Stadium. Some members of the public have expressed their frustration over the city’s plan to limit public use to seven hours. The scheduled times are from 6 am to 1 pm with an option of 6:00 am and 11:00 pm weekday and weekend bookings at a cost. User groups will be paying fees for the use of the facility. A petition has been circulating, demanding the track be open from dawn to dusk. Those were the hours the track was open before $4.8 million in upgrades.
