Northern Bobcats called during Bantam Draft

Two Northern boys heard their names called this morning as well during the Bantam Draft after sharing the ice together this year with the North Central Zone Bobcats. Team captain Nico Myatovic went 119th overall, right after teammate Maxwell Sanford heard his name called. Sanford, a Williams Lake boy, got drafted by the Kelowna Rockets, while Myatovic went to the Seattle Thunderbirds. The players concluded their season with the bantam AAA team in March with a provincial championship.
