VANDERHOOF – Repairs are frantically trying to get one portion of the Stuart Nechako Manor habitable again, after afire broke out on Easter.
Sixteen patients remain in limbo at the moment; 13 are being housed at the Gateway Lodge here while three are staying in St. John’s Hospital in Vanderhoof.
Northern Health says the repair work could take between two and four months to complete and residents can be moved back in.
