While it’s not quite Opening Day yet, Citizen Field will be buzzing this weekend as the Prince George Senior Men’s baseball league returns with an icebreaker tournament they’ve named the Bud Light Classic. The boys of summer have been drafted onto the 4 senior teams and the Midget Knights for a fun weekend to brush some of the dust off ahead of the start of the season. 8 games, all 5 innings long, will be played, starting tomorrow night at 6pm when the greatest rivalry in all the land returns, the DOB Contracting Gladiators take on the Inland Control and Services Tigers. The teams will play a double-elimination bracket through to the Championship Game Saturday at 8pm all at Citizen Field.
