Kings beat Blades in Junior A Championship opener

BROOKS, AB — The Prince George Spruce Kings are off to a strong start at the National Junior A Championship in Brooks Alberta.

This after the Kings beat the Oakville Blades 5-1 today (May 12).

Chong Min Lee, Patrick Cozzi, Ben Poisson, Jay Keranen and Nick Poisson had the Spruce Kings goals. Prince George outshot Oakville, 41-21.

Prince George plays again tomorrow night versus Ottawa.
