26 local firefighters sent to Alberta to help combat flames

BRITISH COLUMBIA–The BC Wildfire service is sending 267 personnel from BC to Alberta as the wildfire threat continues in the province.

230 firefighters–26 from the Prince George Fire Center along with other fire personnel from around the province will be heading out Wednesday and Thursday to help tame the flames.
