PRINCE GEORGE–The Board of Education has appointed Rod Allen as the Interim Superintendent for School District 57.
“The board of Education is excited to welcome Rod to the School District 57 team. He brings incredible experience and expertise to the district and will work with our senior administration team to wrap up the school year and get ready for September,” said Board Chair Tim Bennett.
Most recently, Allen was Superintendent and CEO of School District No.79; he served the district for four years before announcing his retirement in April.Before joining the Ministry of Education he spent 20 years in the Bulkley Valley the last three as Superintendent of School District No.54.
