Missing man presumed dead after being swept away by river

NORTHERN BC–Hudson Hope RCMP received a call Wednesday of a man getting swept away by fast rising water in the Peace River, near the Peace Canyon Bridge.
Frontline officers, and other personnel attended the scene where RCMP conducted a marine search and SAR conducted a shoreline search.
The search was suspended due to lack of daylight and resumed Thursday.
The 39 year old man is presumed dead by the RCMP and police are not releasing the mans name.
