Pair plead guilty in double homicide

PRINCE GEORGE — Two people plead guilty yesterday (June 10), Seaver Miller and Joshua West, to two counts of second-degree murder in relation to a drug-related double homicide which occurred in January 2017 on Foothills Boulevard near the intersection of North Nechako Road.

The BC Prosecution Service says the matter has been adjourned to July 2 to fix a date for sentencing.

Aaron Ryan Moore entered guilty pleas to two counts of manslaughter on May 30, 2019.

Perry Andrew Charlie will proceed to trial on two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder on July 2nd, as previously scheduled.

The incident, which police called a targeted attack, occurred in the early morning hours of January 25, 2017.

Police arrived on scene to find a vehicle with three adult men inside.

Two of the men were pronounced dead at the scene while the third was rushed to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
