Giddy up, the 93rd Williams Lake Stampede just kicked off

WILLIAMS LAKE–Time to undust your cowboy boots and get your plaid out for the 2019 Williams Lake Stampede.

The event kicked off Thursday, June 27th and runs through the long weekend ending on Monday afternoon.

Horse racing, kids carnivals, local entertainment, and animal athlete tours will be taking place all weekend long. Cowboys from all over Canada and the United states will compete against each other all weekend.
