Neaton jets out to Winnipeg

Leading up to the NHL Draft, there was a lot of talk about the top prospects in Prince George, but no mention of Spruce Kings goalie Logan Neaton. The statistical spotlight Shawn on Neaton during the playoffs, which was around the time NHL scouts began to take notice of the Michigan-born goalie. His name was called 144th overall by the Winnipeg Jets and he has since been at Development Camp with the Canadian team all week. Neaton’s next step is Division 1 Hockey, but the prospect of the pros is a pretty nice future plan.
