Impact come away with bronze in local provincials

To the pitch now, where four local teams competed among 48 total boys youth squads in the Provincial B Cup this weekend. One of the PGYSA Impact groups even grabbing a medal. After tying their first two games of the round robin, the U18 Impact managed a win in their final game of pool play against the CCB Lions of Surrey. The Lions would edge the Impact out of the gold medal game with their 2-1 record and actually go on to win the tournament, while the PGYSA crew went on to win the bronze medal match Sunday afternoon, 2-1 over the Guildford Athletic Club Dynamo.
