PRINCE GEORGE— The rain was pouring, but it didn’t stop people from coming out to Summerfest.
It’s a celebration of downtown and the Prince George community. The annual event has happened every year since 2011, and it continues to grow.
Many people at Summerfest left with full stomachs. It featured 22 restaurants and four food trucks. People purchased tickets and were able to spend them in exchange for a variety of unique foods. It was a chance for local restaurants to showcase their favorite items and encourage people to check out their restaurants.
