Suspect’s father fears his son will die in “blaze of glory”

The father of one of the teenagers wanted in three killings in northern B-C says he fears his son will die in a “blaze of glory” in a confrontation with police.
Alan Schmegelsky says his 18-year-old son Bryer and 19-year-old Kam McLeod were good boys growing up.
But he says Bryer had a troubled upbringing after an acrimonious split from the teen’s mother in 2005 and his main influences have been video games and YouTube.
Schmegelsky also says his son loved to play with airsoft guns with friends in the woods but doesn’t own any real guns.
