Knights start championship defence in Kelowna

For three straight years, the PG Surg Med Midget Knights have been crowned Provincial Champions. It helps that their age group has two different provincial tournaments, but still, three years, quite impressive. Last year’s summer was made even sweeter for the midget-aged team when they returned from Manitoba with a Western Canadian Championship as well. The team is 7-10 in senior league play this year, but has performed well over weekend tournaments against their age group, which has left them feeling confident heading into their first of two shots at another Provincial title this weekend.
