Cariboo Rocks the North and Save-On-Foods team up for charitable donation

PRINCE GEORGE — Save-On-Foods and Cariboo Rocks the North have teamed up for an important cause.

They’ve done so by donating just over $12,100 to BC Children’s Hospital.

The money was raised during the second annual Cariboo Rocks the North music festival at exhibition park outside CN Centre earlier this month.

The amount raised this year is more than double the amount of money raised last summer.

This year’s festival drew an estimated 8500 music fans.
