PRINCE GEORGE–The City of Prince George is asking residents to rate their experience using the CityofPG mobile app.
Current, past, and first-time users of the CityofPG app are able to provide feedback through an online survey on the usefulness, features, and online experience. The survey will be available to the public until September 13th at midnight.
It will provide residents with opportunities to rate current satisfaction levels with app features and provide input on current or possible features or services in the app, such as payment options.
The survey will determine whether the City will continue with the app, or choose to simply improve its features. A plan for the future of the app will be determined in 2020.
