Prince George’s Raymond Grewal is a hockey player fully created in the North.

He went from the Cariboo Cougars, to the Prince George Cougars and the Spruce Kings, before continuing his hockey journey down at UBC for the last four years. After completing his university degree in finance last year, Grewal is now off on his next hockey undertaking, in Manchester, England.

Grewal had a connection to the Manchester Storm through a former Thunderbirds Assistant Coach and is now a member of the United Kingdom’s Elite Ice Hockey League, where he’s made history as the first Punjabi player to join the ranks. Grewal will be doing a Master’s Program while adjusting to the bigger ice surfaces and international exposure in Europe.
