Encore for Foodie Fridays

PRINCE GEORGE – Plans were in the works to wrap up the eighth week of Foodie Fridays today.

However, with its popularity growing the event will be extended for another two weeks.

For the last 8 weeks, food vendors have set up shop in Canada Place every Friday since July.

According to city officials, the event during this time has attracted around 5 thousand hungry people to the public square.
