HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL
First-ever Spirit Bowl to kickoff Friday
Sep 11, 2019 | 8:18 PM
Every year, PGSS and College Heights Secondary run a Spirit Game at the CN Centre to celebrate the coming of winter break. The hockey game is always a huge success and now the schools are hoping their student spirit can carry over to the football field. This Friday, the PGSS Polars and College Heights Cougars football teams will meet at Masich Place for an exhibition game they’re calling the Spirit Bowl. They hope the event will become an annual tradition that will be about more than football. Admission is by donation for students, parents, and fans. PGSS’ leadership class plans to donate the funds to the Humane Society.
