The BC Wildfire Service will be burning piles of woody debris on the southern shore of Quesnel Lake near Haggens Point starting as early as Monday, Sept.16 in an attempt to reduce wildfire risks.

Open house tonight

BC Housing, the City of Prince George and Northern Health held a public open house last night to talk about a new housing project slated for First Avenue. The project was announced last month and plans for 50 units of housing for those who are homeless and 50 units of affordable rental housing.
