Cougars acquire latest prospect from Prince Albert Raiders

PRINCE GEORGE– The Cougars have announced their latest forward, Davin Griffin.

17-year-old Griffin comes to the Prince George Cougars from the Prince Albert Raiders, in exchange for a conditional Western Hockey League (WHL) Bantam Draft pick.

He played the last two seasons with the Saskatoon Contacts in the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League and last season the 5’10”, 157-pound forward finished third in scoring on the Contacts, with 46 (26g, 20a) points in a 43 regular season games.
