Residents dispose of documents through Crimestoppers Shred-It event

Prince George Crimestoppers held their Fall Shred-It event Saturday in the parking lot of the CN Centre.

The event provides residents an opportunity to have all of their personal documents with valuable information or any sort of document they just want to get rid of to be shredded for a minimum donation of $5.00.

Between the actual Shred-It event and Mr.Mikes who was on hand serving lunch, Crimestoppers raised $3,797.90.

All of the funds help Crimestoppers continue to provide their services in our community.

Crimestoppers will be holding their next Shred-It event in the spring.
