PRINCE GEORGE – The university experience is often a new world for many young people. That’s why the different clubs on campus help to make students feel at home. There’s a new club on campus this year. The Best Buddies program is an international club that gained a foothold in Canada in 1993 and for the first time at UNBC. Working with groups like AimHi and others, UNBC students and high school students are paired with a “buddy.” Fourth-year UNBC student Emily Fuller started the program this year after a visit to family across the ocean.
