Gauthier leads Cougars to another win against Spokane

It was a case of deja vu for the Prince George Cougars Friday night.

Not only were they playing the Spokane Chiefs, but the club got another masterful performance from Taylor Gauthier as they earned a 2-1 win in front of their home fans.

Matej Toman and Tyson Upper found the back of the net in the first period and Gauthier made 37 saves to secure the Cougars 3rd win of the campaign.

Eric Atchison had the lone goal for Spokane.

The win vaults the Cougars record to 3-5-0-1 on the season.
