Cougars offence dries up in Spokane

Nov 3, 2019 | 8:26 AM

It was a two-game road trip the Prince George Cougars will most likely want to put behind them pretty quickly.

After a 6-2 loss in Kelowna Friday night, the Cougars allowed another six goals Saturday evening in Spokane to the Chiefs and fell 6-0.

Affiliated netminder Jacob Herman got the start in between the pipes again Saturday and was in net for all 6 goals against on 38 shots.

The loss drops the Cougars to 4-11-0-1 on the season and also extends the Cats losing streak to five games.
