Road woes continue for Spruce Kings

It wasn’t an ideal road trip for the Prince George Spruce Kings through the B.C division.

The Kings dropped a 4-1 decision to the Chilliwack Chiefs Saturday night to conclude a three-game road trip in the lower mainland which saw the Kings earn one out of a possible six points.

With the loss Saturday, the Kings are now 8-11-2-2 on the season.

They remain 3rd in the B.C division but are just two points ahead of both the Langley Rivermen and Surrey Eagles.

The Spruce Kings will return to the friendly confines of the Rolling Mix Concrete Arena Wednesday night for a midweek contest against the Vernon Vipers to kick-off a three-game homestand.
