Timberwolves ready for clash with Thunderbirds

The UNBC Timberwolves are back in town for a pair of games this weekend. After a weekend down in Langley which saw the Women’s Basketball club earn a split over the Trinity Western Spartans and the Men’s team picking up a pair of wins, the Timberwolves will return to Prince George this weekend for their final home games of the 2019 portion of the regular season when they welcome the UBC Thunderbirds. The Men’s team currently owns a 3-1 record on the year and face a 2-2 Thunderbirds squad, while the Women’s team is 1-3 and battle a UBC team who is also 2-2. The women play tonight at 6 and the Men at 8.
