Cougars steal win over BC’s best

PRINCE GEORGE — They don’t ask how they ask how many.

The Prince George Cougars managed a 4-3 win over Kamloops Friday night thanks to some quick goal scoring and timely goaltending. Connor Bowie leading the way offensively for the Cats with a pair of goals including the game-winner, his fourth of the season.

It was another stellar night for Taylor Gauthier making 41 saves in the winning effort. The Blazers outshot PG 44-18 overall.

The Cougars improve to 5-16-0-2 on the year. PG welcomes back Kamloops, who lead the BC Division, tonight at seven o’clock.
