An earlier than usual opening for Hart Ski Hill

pgPRINCE GEORGE – Eager skiers and boarders will be able to hit their local ski hill in the backyard of Prince George this coming weekend.

The Hart Ski Hill will be holding their soft opening on Saturday, Dec. 14th after a combination of snowfall and snowmaking operations have set them up for an earlier than usual start to the season.

Last year, the hill opened up on Dec. 20th and went on to be open 98 days for the winter season – five days less than their record of 103 from the year prior.

This year, with the earlier start, they’re hoping they’ll be able to surpass that record mark.
