Start your new year off with an ice-cold bath: 19th Annual Ness Lake Polar Bear Dip
PRINCE GEORGE–Who doesn’t love an all-natural ice bath, outdoors…in January?
Ness Lake Bible Camp’s 19th Annual Polar Bear Dip is right around the corner. The annual event will take place at Ness Lake Bible Camp on January 1st at 2:30 p.m.
The entry fee is set at $25, however, the fee can be waived if those jumping raise more than $25 in pledges. The money raised from the event will go towards the camper sponsorship fund which makes attending the camp easier for children of various socioeconomic backgrounds. The goal this year is to be able to send all children from the Ron Brent community to camp.
Last year’s Polar Bear Dip raised a record-breaking amount of approximately $11,000. Prizes will be handed out for the best costume, and top fundraiser.
