Herrington plays hero for Cougars at Mac’s

CALGARY–Cariboo Cougars Captain John Herrington scored the game winning goal with 31 seconds left on the clock ,to lift the Cougars to a 3-2 victory over the St. Albert Nektar Raiders Sunday night at the Mac’s AAA Midget Hockey Tournament in Calgary.The win gave the Cats a 3-1 record in pool play ,as they wait and watch today’s action, to see what the playoff picture looks like .
