Police seek help identifying alleged liquor thief

PRINCE GEORGE — Business beware: local Mounties are seeking the public’s help in identifying a liquor thief.

The first reported offense was on November 13 at a liquor store on Domano Boulevard when one bottle was stolen.

The other reported offense occurred on January 8 from the liquor store on Massey Drive when two bottles were stolen and the suspect fled in a white Jeep.

Police believe the suspect has likely committed similar offenses at other liquor stores in town.

The suspect is described as a white female, 50 to 60 years of age, heavy set with long greyish hair, glasses and owning a large brown purse.
